Very pretty really changes the look
I like this topper and can see many uses for it. It definitely brings out the blue in whatever you have underneath it. The only think I don’t love is in lower light the sparkles just look black which isn’t very exciting.

Great over black polish
Beautiful Sparkles
I have used this over different shades of blue and green, and it really takes any polish up a notch. My go to for glam.
Great topper or stand alone
This one is cute! Can be worn as alone with 3 coats or as a topper against blues or purples from what I’ve tried. The flakes aren’t too big for my taste.
