Popper Topper!
I love all of ILNP's toppers! I use them when I want to change-up the look of a mani without removing what's there already. With 25 in my collection, I always have "just the right" effect and color.

Great Accent
I love using this on top of a couple nails as a little glittery accent to my main color. And I love that it's gold and silver so I don't have to pick which color I want to accent with.
