Topper Mani-a!
I love all of ILNP's toppers! I use them when I want to change-up the look of a mani without removing what's there already. With 25 in my collection, I always have "just the right" effect and color.

But I like it just by itself. Three coats and gorgeous!!!

Wished it was more red
Comes out very orange/pinky. Was hoping for more red as it is called Scarlet.
