I love this over cremes and jellies, sandwiched where possible, or even mixed in. It's a solid topper.

Love this topper!
Way too sheer sorry
Pretty but you can really only see it well over black which is disappointing. Over a brighter color i tried 6 coats (six!!!!!) Before giving up.
If you do want to try it over other colors try sponging it on, you can get more shimmer payoff without gooping on a million coats
