My favorite topper!
Beautiful, it adds depth and makes the base color a little more interesting. Just adds a little something extra, even over lighter colors. Goes on easy.

I usually prefer to get crème, crelly and jelly shades and add a topper or mix it into a little of the color myself than buy 20 different formulas of a particular color to get various effects. I love ILNP’s topper and mix-in collections.
