So pretty
Empress is very shiny, very pink, and very pretty. I think the density and size of the flakes are perfect.
Rosy pink topper
I was influenced to buy Empress because of the one picture of the topper over a gorgeous navy blue holographic polish. I really wanted to recreate that nail at home and I have to say that Empress is really beautiful. The formula was even in one coat and can definitely be built up over multiple coats. It is textured so add a thick top coat if you don't like the look and feel of texture.
