I am in love with this topper! The silver metallic flecks are so cool! The combinations are endless! I bought this to go along with the ILNP Stars & Stripes Collection! I wanted to put this on my red white and blue nails to make them look like fireworks! Tinsel did the job and I was very impressed! I can’t wait to use this again! I highly recommend this product!
