Wow!
I've haven't regularly used a base coat in the past (lazy), but will now that I have lockup! I was very impressed with how well my polish went on over this, even older cheap drugstore polish looked like new. Definitely recommend!

it's a base coat!
Just got a second bottle! Works well and prolongs the manicure. My nails peel a bit after a while, but I have yet to find a base coat that doesn't do that for me. Suspect it may have more to do with my nails and the amount of time the polish has been on (it didn't start happening until a few weeks in with this).
