Returns & Exchanges

We understand that there may be times where you would like to return a particular item for a refund, exchange, or store credit. This is totally okay with us! We offer a 100% satisfaction on our entire catalog and would never leave you stuck with something you don’t absolutely love!

Refunds & Exchanges
Refunds and exchanges will be issued provided the refund request is made within 30 days of receipt of the original item. After receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will dispatch your exchange or refund your original method of payment with the amount of your purchase price minus shipping charges.

Store Credit
After receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will promptly issue you a private coupon code for the amount you are owed (minus shipping charges) that you can then apply to any future purchases made in our store. This is the best way to “exchange” an item since you can take your time to select an ideal replacement and place your order whenever you please.

  • Store credit coupons do not expire.
  • Store credit coupons can be applied to anything in our store (including shipping charges).
  • Store credit coupons can be given to another person if you do not wish to use them yourself.

Processing Time
The entire refund / store credit process takes 1 to 2 business days following the receipt of the returned goods. If we have any questions or concerns about your request or items we will contact you by email.

To Make a Return
To request a return for a refund or store credit, please contact us. We will contact you within 1 business days with RMA instructions. Your email should include:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your order number
  • Items to return
  • Whether you want a refund, exchange, or store credit
  • If you want an exchange, which item would you like as a replacement
