I needed a matte top coat
I got thid because I needed at matte top coat and my go to was discontinued. I like the results with Frosted Glass but I feel like I always need 2 coats to get the full effect. I've bought this two times now and its seems no matter how tight I seal it or store it, as soon as i get to half the bottle, the strings start; and get consistently worse. Aside from those two issues, I like it.
