Better than expected
The matte effect on this top coat works better than expected. It tends to make solid colors subdued, but applied to holographic shades I still get color shifting or birefringent effects. I haven't had good results using it with glittery shades, but it works with a wide range of solid colors and smooth gradients. Applies smoothly and dries quickly.
So cool
Never tried a matte coat before and I’m secretly loving it (well not too secretly). Easy to apply and looks amazing on turquoise water!
