The Best!
This is the best base coat and top coat we've ever used! Better than the CVS special, even better than Essie or OPI. The base dries in 10 minutes (5 in a pinch!) and the top dries 100% transparent even with a heavy coat in 15 minutes (maybe 10 but why chance it?).

Decent essentials
Beware that the base coat is formulated with PVB, which is an ingredient that causes peeling for some people's nails. The top coat is a good one, though it is on the thinner side and doesn't have a very plumping effect. It is not ideal for smoothing out textured finishes, but does work well with ILNP's own polishes.
