Essentially essential!
Great bundle at a great price. the base coat works perfectly and Glass Candy really does offer a wonderful shine for a top coat. While I'm not into matte finishes, my daughter is and loves Frosted Glass atop some of ILNP deepest shades! 10/10 for this nail polish enthusiast!
