My favorite blue, packed with holo
I really love this blue, it's the perfect bright blue packed with holo, it makes my heart happy. It makes a PERFECT ombre with Someday and Hide and Seek. I'd love to have more jelly holos in this finish from ILNP. I wore this on my middle finger in a skittle with Sunkissed, Someday, Hide and Seek, and Songbird on my other fingers. asy two coat coverage with the paddle brush. With the skinny brush I would likely need 3 coats.
