This is a simply stunning ocean blue jelly. The sheerness gives it such a beautiful depth and the holo sparkle is just mesmerizing through the layers of color. I couldn't stop looking at my nails when I wore this one!

Surfboard's sheer jelly formula and moderate scattered holo are just dreamy! I painted it over Turquoise Water for a little more opacity, but keeping the squishy jelly look.
