Perfect shimmery topper!
Fantastic Topper
I love ILNP's toppers and this one fits the bill. It is mostly silver with a little bit of teal poking through and it is beautiful. I've worn it as a topper over Midnight Ink and in a jelly sandwich with Turquoise Water (pictured). It adds so many flakies in 1 coat and I can't wait to use it with my other ILNP flakie polishes.
