Heavenly bliss!
Gorgeous frosty irredescent white bespeckled with tiny silver sparkles and flakies. One coat gives you an ethereal shimmer, but continue to build and it's full-on Snow Queen vibes! Reminds me of my former favorite icy white, OPI's Happy Anniversary. For an extra dose of glitter, I like to top it with Tinsel as pictured in an Independence Day mani alongside Cherry and Summer Stargazing.
