Rumor Has It, worn on my middle finger, is a neutral beige jelly with delicate holo sparkle. It’s an amazing nude polish with a bit of pizzazz! Rumor Has It is the truest beige neutral in my arsenal, very close to my skin color. Wore 3 coats here. Great formula. I wore Birthday Suit (pinky beige - reminds me of Essie Topless & Barefoot) on my ring finger and Claire (lilac-toned sheer pink) on my pinky finger to show the undertones of the neutral polishes.
