Refunds & Exchanges Refunds and exchanges will be issued provided the refund request is made within 30 days of receipt of the original item. After receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will dispatch your exchange or refund your original method of payment with the amount of your purchase price minus shipping charges.
Store Credit After receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will promptly issue you a private coupon code for the amount you are owed (minus shipping charges) that you can then apply to any future purchases made in our store. This is the best way to “exchange” an item since you can take your time to select an ideal replacement and place your order whenever you please.
Processing Time The entire refund / store credit process takes 1 to 2 business days following the receipt of the returned goods. If we have any questions or concerns about your request or items we will contact you by email.
