Love it
Color is accurate, you have to apply a few times to get enough flakes on and looks better over dark colors.
Very shifty
Good density. Flakes are medium sized, or medium small. The color shifts are very obvious from yellow to green to light blue to darker blue.
Perfect green topper
I love this for St. Patrick's Day. I think the yellow shift is slightly more pronounced over a white base but it's still a yellow-green rather than a pure gold.

Fantastic Topper
Oh, how I love this topper. It's got good coverage, though it is a bit patchy. I think it would work very well being sponged on but with a little finesse it works great with just the brush. The flakies are nice and big and shift and shimmer beautifully. It even looks good when used with a matte topper. I would not personally recommend it over light colors, but that's more a personal preferance than anything else. Looks fantastic over dark blue and strangely enough over ILNP's Sabrina. Super versatile!
