Vibrant holo effect
I love this holographic blue. So shiny and beautiful
Pretty, but a little underwhelming
Don't get me wrong, this is a very pretty shade, but it doesn't have the intense holo that I was expecting. If you love light teals but don't want overwhelming sparkle, Sail Away is your girl.
