Like a Small party in a bottle. It gives me New Year’s Eve vibes or birthday vibes. Beautiful over a black undercoat.

This is a playful confetti like polish. With dark green, maroon and yellow. It’s playful and fun. I used 3 coats and a clear top coat. It’s smooth to the touch.
