Interesting
Kind of on the fence about this one. I do like the blue and black, but it went on kinda sheer even after 2-3 coats when I tried it. I actually kind of liked the black sheer with blue shimmers, but not sure it would look great for too long. When my friend put it on, it looks nicer and less opaque.
