In the bottle, I wasn't too excited about this color, but I was looking for a jelly with flakies. I was meh about it until I put it on, and I love the moody denim blue with the flashes of flakies. It is perfect for shorties.

This polish is so pretty, it gives the vibes of seeing street lights in the reflection of puddles on a rainy walk. It application is so smooth, you can either use it as a top coat for other polishes or aply a couple layers and wear it on its own.
