Great night sky blue
Lovely sparkly navy blue, looks true to official photos most of the time. Pure blue, doesn’t lean indigo or teal on me. Quite dark, to the point that it can look black in some moderate indoor conditions where other polishes still hold their color. Very smooth, almost metallic like finish. Decent amount of extremely fine scattered holo particles which provides a subtle sparkle that gives it a little excitement while still maintaining a sense of elegance. Fairly easy to apply, although I’m not a huge fan of the skinny brush. Slight tendency to pool towards the sides of my nail if I do a thick coat, but it tolerates me pulling it back toward the center without showing brushstrokes. I really like this polish, one of my favorite dark blues. I personally prefer Holo Taco’s Playing with Sapphire because it’s slightly lighter and brighter, but I do like the smoother texture of Looking Up.

Stunning!
This gorgeous midnight blue deserves more love! The base looks almost black on the nails, but still definitely a very dark blue. However, when the lighting hits it, more blue and the shimmer comes out, really making it look like the midnight, starry sky. Stunning shade!
