I got this to layer over a watery teal magnetic and it's so bright and reflective. It ended up reminding me of fireflies on water. Goes on smoothly and evenly. It builds up great. Also makes for annstant holiday mani when layered over red or green.

Good topper
I haven't used this yet, but so far it looks very promising considering the formula of the other ILNP polished that I've tried. This would probably make a good topper on any color. 💛
