Jumping Puddles Perfection
This is such a beautiful color! Nice shade of blue and the flakies are just gorgeous. They just pop on the nail. The first coat went on more sheer and I liked it best in 3 coats. This whole collection looks beautiful and reminds me of the Overcast Collection.
