It's stunning. Just what you'd want in this color!
Excellent red for cool-neutral tones
I've got cool-neutral skin tone with redness on my hands from psoriasis so it's been hard finding a red polish that doesn't make my skin look weird. Joy is fantastic! The formula lets you build the color as deep as you like, this picture is 3 thin coats. It is so glittery and a perfectly blue-toned red, so elegant.
