Blinding!!!
Finally a flattering summer aqua shade that doesn't look green. Love the mix of holo and silver shimmer. It's stunning in the sun and still really nice in shade, too.

dainty, sparkly blue
i call this a "dainty" blue. it is not as super bright as many of the sparkly blue colors but holds its own. It if full of sparkles. you wont regret this color!
