Winter Dream is a beautiful, soft shade of lavender-leaning blue with intense holographic flare. I was afraid this would be too similar to Shooting Star or even Mila, but I think there is room for all three in your collection if you love cool-toned purples and blues. As with every polish I've tried from The Eternal Collection, Winter Dream has that extra wow factor that elevates it beyond a regular shimmer.
