Few things in life can be perfect, but the good news is your nails can be! Utopia embodies perfection with its gorgeously soft violet base combined with hints of delicate metallic copper flakes. Not my favorite in any category
Utopia is fine but doesn't really stand out. It needed 3 coats to get almost full coverage. The color and the holo are a little subdued compared to what I wanted. I think there are better purples available!
