Beautiful blue. Slightly more jelly than I expected but it is easily buildable.

Pastel blue
I’ve learned to be a blue polish girl from ILNP. I never wore it until I tried ILNP. This is a soft pastel blue with sparkles and flakes. Pic is 3 coats plus topcoat. Nice application.
