This is more of a top coat to me; it was pretty, but very sheer.
Super sweet sparkles!
Sugar Cube is a more sheer and sparkly version of Celeste. Pale lilac with diamond-like sparkles. It's beautiful on its own built up in 2-3 coats and even better as a topper to add a diffused shimmer to your favorite shades.
