This was my favorite from this collection. The whole collection is so fun to wear together as a skittle, but alas I ended up destashing all of them to my friend except starlight.
Like the sky at dusk
Starlight is probably my favorite blue/indigo shade to wear right now. I have fair skin with cool undertones, and the blue base with gold-greeny flakes looks insanely flattering against my skin tone. Two coats is plenty for me; smooth formula and application, and dries pretty fast! Definitely reminds me of a rainy day. She's moody, but she's determined to bring some light to your life! Highly recommend.

More light than expected in hue but still a solid dark blue color leaning on purple with rainbow shimmers that gives the resulting contrast its name
