LOVE, LOVE, LOVE. Moody and perfect!
Moody with a little pop
This shade is so unique. I was worried the slate color would look drab with my skin tone but it works! I adore the jelly/flakie formulas and how juicy they look and how you can get different effects based on the number of layers. the sparkles really do make it look like a starry sky at twilight
