is it a bluple ?
Not sure if this is a blue or purple but doesn't matter . Its holographic .... love it .
Buildable and also sheer enough to use as a top coat
This takes several coats to build up, but it's also sheer enough to use over different shades of purple and blue to change the tone and add holo (or extra holo)!
