Not as sparkly as I thought
I thought this would be as sparkly as petals or ariel based on the decription having the same elements and the pictures, but it wasn't. It is still pretty, just not my favorite.

this is a really beautiful shocking/electric-y blue. it has a lot of depth and i love looking at it. i used 3 thin coats for full depth/color, but 2 wouldve been enough
