easily my fave blue
i’m not sure what it is about this blue but it feels so SQUISHY. it’s such a soft color but the shimmer it holds gives it a new life that is undeniably spring. i stare at my nails every time i wear it!
Pretty shade
Sometimes looks light grey on me than a blue but the color shift is really pretty.

Where's the Shimmer?
I've tried this polish several times. I can see the orange in the bottle but I have never been able to get it to show on my nails. The periwinkle color is pretty though.
