This may be my most used ILNP shade. It is a sheer but builds up beautifully. It also toppers well.
another winner
i have generally loved ILNP products and this is no exception. the contrasts in the base and shimmer are great, and i wear this one reasonably often. i did thin mine just a touch after getting it and was easier to apply, but that was more preference than necessary.
