This is a beautiful blue. I've been avoiding intense glitter, but this one has just enough of a sparkle to satisfy the need without becoming too much. Great shade, great warm shimmer.

Ocean Ave
I wouldn't call this cerulean, it's more of a light sky blue base. Great coverage and I really like the miniature gold flakes in it.
