Slightly deceiving
Its mostly clear nail polish with the sparkles, 3 thick coats in and not close to opaque. I wonder if in the sample photos they used a different nail polish for the base

A rich flakie topper looks great with an autumnal color palette. Lots of shift and reflectivity.

multichrome overlay for any color
Neon rosebud is a very versatile overlay with tons of sparkle. You can put it over virtually any color and transform it. I used it at Christmas over my reds at times and it added a lot of sparkle. Can't wait to try it over my other colors including my summer polishes. Pretty cool multichrome polish!
