Good Quality, Just Not a Go-To Shade
Portfolio is a nice muted color with the quality I expect from ILNP. The formula applies well and gives a smooth, polished finish.
For me, both the color and creamier formulation make it a shade I don't reach for very often. That's simply a matter of personal preference rather than quality. It's a good polish and performs well, just not one of my go-to shades. 4 stars.
