Pretty Shimmer
This isn’t my favorite ILNP polish, but still beautiful. The pink/blue shimmer reminds me of cotton candy. The formula is great as usual!
I will say I own this and Deep End and prefer Deep End which is a darker blue with similar pink shimmer.
Picture shown with two coats polish, sticky base coat and a beige ridge filler underneath as well with qdtc on top.

It's nice and growing on me
It took a few tries for me to like this polish. It's more muted than expected.
I'm not dazzled
Unfortunately I can't honestly give this 5 stars across the board because, I do not love Pool Party. Maybe it's a skin tone incompatibility thing, but I'm leaning towards it's a polish thing. The dominant blue color is quite dull. The glowy red-orange shift is great though.
