BLACKLIGHT REACTIVE
This is the colour I've been searching forever for. A TRUE neon green--and a bonus that it's blacklight reactive!? The colour and activation make up for how terrible it is to apply. Compared to the boutique effects, this formula is grossly thick and takes forever to dry. I have to shake the bottle every other nail to keep the formula smooth enough to apply. I'm still waiting for the second coat to dry after an hour of work because it really needs a third :') and I'll be waiting until tomorrow to apply a top coat because it really will take that long to dry

so bright and vibrant! i find this a little difficult to apply and a little hard to get an even coat. with a topper it usually hides the imperfections!
