Absolutely stunning essential
If you are a blue person, this is absolutely out of this world. Think Tiffany blue but holographic. This is both classy and fun. And what I love about ILNP is great color payoff with ease of application. Perfect formula on each one. Times are tough, but my mom beams when I put on coppers, reds and golds on her. Those are her favorites. I love ALL colors I’ve received, but am waiting for a suitable yellow. I have been on the hunt for the perfect brand for decades. This is it. Full stop.
Pretty
I expected this to be brighter, but it is a very delicate pastel mint. It’s a wonderful late-winter/early-spring tone!

This comes out much more muted than the photos show; as others have mentioned, I think a dimmed Tiffany blue is a better descriptor. Still a cute color, but if you're looking for a noticeable holo I'd go for ILNP's "Beach House" instead.
