So Festive!
I just used this for the 4th of July! I put another brand of glow in the dark polish on and then put this on top and the glow still shone through! It chipped after a few days but I had many coats of polish on and I am rough on my hands.
With liberty and justice for all
I wore this polish this year for the fourth remembering that freedom is the ideal for everyone.
Beautiful opaque polish with speckles!

Honestly, one of my least fav polishes I have purchased from ILNP. It is creamy but not opaque, and has sparkle but the white drowns it out. Awful color and quality was goopy. A miss.
