Mostly silver
The blue in the base is very sheer/light and not really discernible under any lighting conditions. But the silver shimmer particles do seem to shift to a light blue at certain angles. This polish is very bright and sparkly in the sun, and the scattered holo seems to be more pronounced than many of ilnp's other jelly/shimmer polishes with added holo.
