Pretty!
I like this one, but it isn't one of my absolute favorites, I love the deep blue and the metallic + sparkly finish, but if you want uber sparkly night sky, you probably will want to add a topper. Still pretty regardless!

This color is amazing 😍.
Stunning Blue
Looking Up is aptly named, because I feel like it is the most stunning shade of blue that evokes the night sky. It is gorgeous on its own, but also lends itself well to various toppers if you wanted to change the look. I really like it with a sparse gold holographic topper to really bring out the twinkle that reminds me of stars.
