Subtle
"I See You", is a pale, delicate champagne color packed with holo glitter. Admittedly, this one isn't one of my favorites, simply because I thought it would be slightly darker. But the holo in this one is beautiful - the tiniest light source will have your fingertips glittering intensely. If you need something simple yet flashy under the right lights, "I See You" is your girl.
