I love this formula and the color is gorgeous!
ILNP has really got their tried and true bread and butter with this scattered holographic jelly formula. I mean what's not to love! The color on this one is gorgeous and can be built up (not to opacity) to be darker if that's what you prefer. As always, the polish lays down nicely but I wish the specialty finishes came with a paddle brush by default.
