Grace

Grace is absolutely beautiful, classic but with a pop of pizazz! I got engaged recently and wanted to add some more "classy" colors to my collection to complement my gorgeous new ring, and Grace perfectly fits that bill; it feels elegant without ever feeling boring. I love ILNP and their ultra holographic is my all-time favorite finish, so from that end, Grace does not disappoint. It goes on smooth and when the light hit my nails, I get the glittery full-rainbow spectrum that I love in the ultra-holo finish. However (at least compared to some others in my collection), it's still fairly subtle and neutral. I'm pretty pale with pink/red undertones, and on me, Grace is a pale peachy pink that sometimes looked like shell or Champagne pink but never got as close to orange as it does in some of ILNP's photos for it. This was perfectly fine, as it was what I'd expected based on photos and others reviews. Usually I do 3 coats for ILNP polishes to get the fully opaque finish I like, but I just did 2 for this and it looked totally opaque; 3 coats would probably have made it a touch darker, which would also have been pretty. With my Essie speedsetter top coat, it lasted about a week before it started to crack and chip (which is normal for me from brands like ILNP, Essie, and OPI). Something worth noting is that because it goes on so smoothly and because it's a lighter shade, it may show if you have damaged nails underneath (I had some indentations left from an old gel
manicure and I could see them sometimes underneath this polish). But that's not an issue with the polish, and overall, Grace is a beautiful color that will give you a gorgeous manicure that will look special and suitable in any season. It's exactly what I wanted, and I'd definitely recommend it :)
