Gorgeous!
I'm obsessed with ILNP's jelly holographics, and this one doesn't disappoint. Since it's somewhat sheer, I found that I could get variety out of this one by layering it over greens or purples for a different result.
True Blue
Great, easy to use formula, perfect for a Pride skittle! A nice pure blue hue with just enough sparkle.
My favorite blue!
I am a huge fan of blue and have over 11 shades of blue from ILNP. This is my favorite of the bunch, which is saying a lot! Their holo jelly formulas have my heart!
